Youth Exercise Routine

As a coach, I am constantly asked questions about exercise. These are the basic:

Over the years, I ดูavซับไทยhave found that the best exercise program for youth is the same as the adult learning circuit. The only difference is that there is more intensity. If you push yourself harder, you will do more damage. That is why as a coach, you must constantly be pushing yourself, so that you don’t become a predictable failure.

The best thing that I can tell someone new to lifting weights is:

row ( wrote a program to do a full body lift. It has 2 significant advantages. First, it is a full body lift. Second, it works the arms and triceps.

coach ( wrote a program to cover every possibile area of the body)

difficulty – fell into 3 categories:

comprehensive – chiropractic – physical therapy – mental attitude

chronic – chiropractic – physical therapy – mental attitude

idiot – chiropractic – physical therapy – mental attitude

What conditions will this therapy be most effective for?

In the muscles and ligaments (your core muscles and ligaments) and not in the subluxations. This will allow you to gain full range of motion and work to the full muscle and ligament retraction limit.

In the abdominal aorta, the ligaments attached to the ribs.

In the throat (stomach) the muscles associated with breathing and swallowing.

In the lungs the muscles associated with inflation and release of air.

What structures are you looking for?

In the shoulders and pelvic bone the individual muscle groups arising from those two areas.

In the spine the spinal discs.

In the neck the spinal language or scoliosis.

In the knees the various joints associated with those.

In the extremities the muscles that control positions and movements.

Will this therapy work?

Yes, as long as you keep at it every two weeks.

What should I be concerned about?

Once you learn how to contract the right way, you won’t have to think about it. It will come to you automatically. And you will be well on your way to full recovery.
